Wisentic Pets is live for UK vet practices

Wisentic Pets, the platform connecting veterinary practices with pet insurers, is live with its first insurer partners in the UK – Perfect Pet and Now Pet Insurance. The platform structures claims data, cuts manual admin and supports faster settlements.

For veterinary teams, claims handling usually means chasing missing information, resubmitting forms, and navigating multiple portals. Wisentic Pets removes that work, ensuring claims arrive at the insurer complete and accurate from the start.

Since early August 2026, a pilot group of UK clinics has been using the new workflow for claims sent to Perfect Pet and Now Pet, validating the process. All UK vet practices can now connect by rerouting these claims in their practice management system (PMS) to the new claims address.

PMS integrations are also being introduced across multiple practice management systems, with a connection built directly into the PMS – allowing practices to submit claims with a single click.
